RPA8000 YASKAWA

Robotic printer applicator cell with Yaskawa GP7 and Vanomation Printronix T8000.

The RPA8000 is a standalone robotic printer applicator cell with the Yaskawa Motoman GP7. Created using Vanomation’s XYZ patent, the RPA8000 eliminates the requirement for a separate controller network by embedding the spatial coordinates for the label directly into the label data print stream. This guarantees that each label will be placed on the right product in the right location.

The RPA8000 comprises five core components: The Vanomation Robotic Controller, the Vanomation Thermal Barcode Printer based on the Printronix T8000, the Vanomation Steel Frame Cell, the Yaskawa Motoman GP7 and the robot controller.
